Collection of New Boxes
Our purpose built site offers clean, safe and confidential storage. We offer quality storage cartons at competitive prices that can hold all your paperwork that requires storage. We collect new cartons from you free of charge from the Lincoln area and transport them into our facility. They are logged into our system with a unique box reference number and their destruction date. We charge storage per box, not for an area or container and so this should be cheaper for you.
Report Services
The data we collect enables us to provide a wide range of reports which include:
- Boxes in storage
- Date into storage
- Boxes out on retrieval
- Files out on retrieval
- Box destruction or review dates
- Monthly box destruction list
Boxes in Storage List
All your boxes are listed by their unique reference number and shows when the box came into store, their destruction date and if the whole box has been retrieved.
Box/File Retrieval and Returns
You can request whole boxes or files back from our storage facility. These can be permanently withdrawn or returned back to us. Our system produces a report showing all transactions so we always know what status each box/file has.
Destruction List
Destruction lists are produced monthly before the due date for destruction. You can check your records and confirm that boxes can be destroyed. This is an efficient way of managing storage costs.
